37 hours per week (All Year Round) permanent (North Children Centre - open to job share)

25.5 hours per week (all year round) permanent (East Children Centre)

22.5 hours per week (all year round) permanent (East Children Centre)

15 hours per week (all year round) fixed term until January 2025 (East Children Centre)

BG5: £23,114 - £23,500 pro rata


East and North Bristol Children’s Centres are unique places for children and families offering many varied opportunities for young children and their parents to learn and develop.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced administrator’s to work in East or North Bristol Children’s Centres to provide high quality and effective administrative support.

 

We are seeking to appoint a team member who is:

  • Able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a busy setting.

  • An excellent communicator, with good people skills.

  • Well organised and proactive – a supportive team player.

  • Flexible, responsive and self-motivated.

  • Confident in handling confidential/ sensitive data and information.

  • Knowledgeable and competent in using Microsoft and Excel applications.

 

You will:

  • Organise and provide comprehensive, high quality administration support to Bristol Children’s Centres.

  • Respond effectively to queries – written, telephone and face to face.

  • Use standard PC software for correspondence, data inputting and spreadsheets.

  • Provide general office duties – reception, post, filing, stationery, and finance support.

 

Please note that this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
